DEFROSTING: 1st Remove the packaging from the freezer and place it on the lower shelves of the refrigerator, inside the packaging, so as not to lose its freshness. 2º Remove the product from the refrigerator as soon as it is defrosted. Then season and cook normally as if it were a fresh product.
