On the palate there is a nice balance balance of sweetness and acidity, with orange peel and dried flavours which have been enhanced by careful aging in oak barrels. The finish is fresh and complex, offering the perfect match to accompany fresh fruit desserts, soufflés and fresh cream desserts.
