Aroma:
Very intense and powerful yet elegant aromas, dominated by bergamot oil notes from Touriga Nacional, balanced with aromas of wild forest berries such as blueberry and mulberry, complemented by well-integrated high-quality oak.

Vinification:
Destemmed and crushed, 12 hours pre-fermentation maceration at 34°C using selected yeast; temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation (22–24°C) for 10 days; malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels.

Ageing:
12 months in French oak barrels.

Taste:
Extremely elegant and voluptuous, yet fresh and well-balanced, with notes of wild forest berries and a long finish.

Food Pairing:
Pairs perfectly with grilled meats, stews, or hard cheeses.
