Terras do Demo is a “blanc de blanc” methode champenoise sparkling brut 100% produced from the Malvasia white grape variety. Citrus to light straw colour followed by an aroma combining good fruit and acidity and a fresh, delicate flavour.

It features a clean look, with fine and persistent bubbles and lightly lemony colour with shades of straw. The aroma is intense, exquisite flowers of the Malvasia, with a fresh and very fruity taste, prolonged at the end.

Tanning decantation and fermentation with low temperature and controlled system. Bottle-fermented at low temperatures, remuage manual, and disgorging at low temperatures.
