This is a real hot pepper paste, something quite similar to Tunisian Harissa, but with a very strong Portuguese Piri-piri flavour. It can be used as a cooking sauce, as a simmer sauce but as a cold sauce too. It’s very HOT!
Ingredients: Chili (54%), onion, lemon, fruit vinegar, salt, garlic, spices, sugar. Contains sulphites.
