With unique aromas, a soft texture, exceptionally tender and succulent, “Paio do Cachaço” is the result of a selection of the best part of the Iberic Pork Field neck, being a piece with fat colour pink to white, with a slightly salty taste and persistent makes this piece a true delicacy.

Ingredients: Pork meat (95%), salt, garlic, pepper mass, water, preservatives (sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate), antioxidants (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate). Smoked with oak wook.
