No aroma \u00e9 muito frutado com notas salientes de fruta preta madura, como amoras e ameixas, acompanhadas por notas de chocolate da barrica. Na boca \u00e9 muito complexo com uma acidez que lhe confere frescura, taninos redondos marcados e um final longo e persistente. Este vinho \u00e9 obtido a partir de uvas das castas Touriga Franca e Touriga Nacional plantadas na Quinta da Pacheca e das vinhas de Vila Nova de Foz-C\u00f4a com cerca de 40 anos.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;margin-left:0in;text-align:left;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri;\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;margin-left:0in;text-align:left;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri;\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">VINIFICA\u00c7\u00c3O: Ap\u00f3s criteriosa selec\u00e7\u00e3o pelo seu melhor estado, as uvas foram vindimadas para ba\u00fas de 25 kg e enviadas para a central vitivin\u00edcola onde foram totalmente desenga\u00e7adas. A fermenta\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreu durante 9 dias em tanques tradicionais de pedra gran\u00edtica de 7 toneladas com pisada e remontagem lisa para lixivia\u00e7\u00e3o por manta e extra\u00e7\u00e3o de compostos fen\u00f3licos e arom\u00e1ticos. No final da fermenta\u00e7\u00e3o alco\u00f3lica o vinho foi transferido para barricas de carvalho franc\u00eas de 2\u00ba e 3\u00ba ano onde decorreu a fermenta\u00e7\u00e3o malol\u00e1ctica e
