Incluí numa salada com grão e beterraba cozidos e temperada com vinagre. Utilizei o azeite da conserva e acrescentei vinagre. O sabor do bacalhau está lá todo, lembra realmente um prato de bacalhau português. Pensei que a conserva incluia lascas de alho, o que seria um problema depois na salada (não trazia graças a Deus). O bacalhau estava macio, ainda assim deixou algumas lascas no dente. Para mim o sabor compensa esta parte!
