<p><strong>Preparation</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>In a saucepan, combine the condensed milk, cocoa powder, and butter.</li>
<li>Cook over low heat, stirring constantly to prevent the mixture from sticking to the bottom of the pan.</li>
<li>Continue stirring until the mixture thickens and starts to pull away from the bottom of the pan.</li>
<li>Remove from the heat and allow it to cool completely.</li>
<li>Lightly grease your hands with butter and roll the mixture into small balls.</li>

<p>Heart of palm pastry is a classic in Brazilian cuisine, very popular with those who enjoy a tasty and stuffed snack. It is made with traditional pastry dough and has chopped heart of palm as its main filling.</p>

<p><strong>Preparation</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>In a pan, place the olive oil, onion, and garlic and fry for 5 minutes. Add the tomato, hearts of palm, salt, pepper, olives, and parsley and sauté for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the hearts of palm are soft. Dissolve the starch in the milk and mix it into the hearts of palm stew, stirring constantly until it thickens.</li>
<li>Remove from heat and let cool. Open the pastry dough, remove the plastic wrap from one side of the dough, and add the filling. Fold in half and press the edges tightly with a fork. Remove the plastic wrap and fry in hot oil for 1 to 2 minutes or until evenly browned. Drain and serve immediately.</li>

<p><strong>Preparation</strong></p>
<p><strong>Dough</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>In a bowl or on the counter, mix the flour with the salt. Add the butter and vegetable fat, both chilled and cut into small cubes.</li>
<li>Mix with your fingertips until it forms a crumbly mixture.</li>
<li>Add the egg yolks mixed with the water and mix (without kneading).</li>
<li>Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.</li>
<li>Roll out the dough on 2 plastic sheets or directly in the pan (this dough is extremely soft due to the amount of fat).</li>
<li>Separate 2/3 of the dough and line the bottom and sides of a springform pan (28 cm).</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Heart of palm filling</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>In a pan, sauté the onion in olive oil, add the leek and garlic and sauté a little more.</li>
<li>Add the flour and let it brown slightly.</li>
<li>Add the cream cheese little by little to avoid lumps.</li>
<li>Add the heart of palm, olives, chopped parsley and chives, water (if necessary) and season with salt.</li>
<li>Set aside until lukewarm.</li>
<li>Pour into the dough and cover with the remaining dough.</li>
<li>Brush with 1 beaten egg yolk and bake for approximately 1 hour in a preheated oven at 180ºC.</li>
<li>Serve.</li>

<li>150 g chopped green olives</li>
<li>Parsley leaves and chives to taste</li>
<li>50 ml water</li>
<li>Salt to taste</li>
