Each variety is vinified separately, then aged in stainless steel tanks for six months before the final blend is assembled. Pale lemon yellow in colour, Planalto offers bright citrus and tropical fruit aromas, complemented by delicate floral notes and a subtle mineral edge. On the palate, it is lively and well-balanced, with fresh acidity supporting the concentrated fruit flavours and leading to a clean, refreshing finish.
